Il y a 15 milles versions de cette chanson, faite par Paul Simon lui même, comme la version acoustique de l'album "Paul simon songbook" (1965) avec une voix seule.

Et puis il y a aussi toutes les versions "Live". On dirait Que Simon adore décliner ses propres chansons sur des tonalités et avec des arrangements sans cesse différents.

C'est d'ailleurs pour ça que je m'autorise à faire des interprétations qui ne collent pas aux originales, parce qu'une chanson n'a jamais d'état final, et une version n'est pas plus valable qu'une autre. La partition n'est que la photographie d'un son, à un moment donné.

Une envie d'écouter cette chanson, une envie d'entendre ta voix et me voici de retour sur ton blog... J'aime toujours autant cette chanson ! Je commençais à m'endormir sur mes cours, je me suis dit qu'il fallait que j'écoute quelque chose d'entrainant, ça me redonnerait peut-être un peu d'entrain. Et bien, je dois dire que c'est réussi j'ai de nouveau la pêche. Du coup, je m'en retourne réviser toujours avec ta voix dans la tête.

A très bientôt mon très cher complice.

Ps : j'ai quand même hésité avec "Cecilia", mais je me suis dit que réviser avec ça dans la tête ça n'allait pas être possible... Et voilà... trop tard !
